on march 12, the people's government of wanzhou district signed a strategic cooperation agreement with dekon group. mo gongming, member of the standing committee of the chongqing municipal party committee and secretary of the wanzhou district party committee, met with wang degen, founder of dekon business, and his delegation. lu yong, deputy secretary of the district party committee and district mayor, attended the meeting and the signing ceremony between the two parties.
